Bibian Group Israel was founded with a single conviction: that international buyers deserve the same quality of guidance as the most sophisticated local investors. Too often, buyers from abroad are left to navigate an unfamiliar market, legal system, and language without the support they need.
We built our firm to change that. Over 20 years, we have helped buyers from more than 40 countries find, acquire, and manage exceptional properties across Israel — from Tel Aviv penthouses to Jerusalem stone villas, from Herzliya beachfront estates to private retreats in Caesarea.

David founded Bibian Group Israel after 15 years in Israeli real estate, having worked with some of the country's most prominent developers and private clients. He is a licensed broker under the Israel Ministry of Justice and a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® board.

Ariel is our specialist for Jerusalem and historic stone properties, with an unrivalled knowledge of the city's most prestigious neighbourhoods — Rehavia, Talbieh, the German Colony, and the Old City periphery. He has completed over 150 transactions in Jerusalem over 18 years.
