Bibian Group Israel was founded by David Bibian in 2017 with a single conviction: that international buyers deserve the same quality of guidance as the most sophisticated local investors. Too often, buyers from abroad are left to navigate an unfamiliar market, legal system, and language without the support they need.
Drawing on more than 14 years of personal experience in Israel, New York and Los Angeles real estate, David and his team have helped buyers from across North America, Europe, and beyond find, acquire, and manage exceptional properties across Israel — from Tel Aviv penthouses to Jerusalem stone villas, from Herzliya beachfront estates to private retreats in Caesarea.

David Bibian
David founded Bibian Group Israel in 2017 after more than 20 years immersed in the Israeli luxury property market. As the exclusive Israeli member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International®, he has guided buyers from over 40 countries through 120+ transactions totalling more than $250 million. David is a licensed Israeli real estate broker and the firm's principal advisor for international clients.
