David Bibian has spent more than two decades immersed in the Israeli luxury real estate market. Born and raised with deep roots in Israel, he began his career in property in the early 2000s — a period that gave him a front-row seat to one of the most remarkable urban transformations in the world, as Tel Aviv evolved from a regional city into a globally recognised destination for luxury living and investment.
In 2017, David founded Bibian Group Israel with a single conviction: that international buyers — particularly from the United States, Canada, France, and the UK — deserved the same quality of guidance as the most sophisticated local investors. Too often, buyers from abroad were left to navigate an unfamiliar market, legal system, and language without the support they needed. Bibian Group was built to change that.
Today, David leads a team of advisors who share his commitment to depth over breadth. Bibian Group does not try to be everything to everyone. The firm focuses exclusively on the luxury segment, works with a carefully selected number of clients at any one time, and measures its success not by transaction volume but by the quality of the outcomes it delivers.
